Before you buy
A small rounded label reading "Recorded with Superscreen" in the bottom corner of the video, about the size of a subtitle. It never covers what you are demonstrating, and it is the only thing separating a free export from a paid one.
Not on recording. Every capture mode, both frame rates, both quality settings, the camera bubble and both audio tracks are all there, with no time limit and no cap on how many recordings you make. The editing features arriving in 1.1 are paid only.
They stay exactly where they are, badge free, because the badge is applied at export rather than added afterwards. Recordings are plain .mov files in your own folder, so nothing is locked behind the app and nothing expires.
Every feature we ship, with no second purchase and no upgrade fee. The editing release, the cursor zoom, the name templates and whatever follows are all included. If the app is still being built, you get what gets built.
Lifetime licences get a direct address that reaches the people writing the app rather than a queue, priority on bug reports, and early builds before they go out to everyone else.
Deactivate it on the old machine from Settings, or just sign in on the new one. Lifetime licences cover every Mac you personally own, so most people never have to.
