The free plan is the whole recorder, exporting real files with a small badge in the corner. Ten a month removes it, a hundred a year costs two months less, and two hundred once means never thinking about it again.

Every plan is the same recorder. Paying buys three things: exports with no badge, prioritised support, and beta builds. That is the whole difference.

A paid licence is personal to you and the Macs you own. Sharing a key is not allowed: every activation is checked, and we use an advanced detection system to find and ban licences that are abused.

Before you buy
A small rounded label reading "Recorded with Superscreen" in the bottom corner of the video, about the size of a subtitle. It never covers what you are demonstrating, and it is the only thing separating a free export from a paid one.
Not on recording. Every capture mode, both frame rates, both quality settings, the camera bubble and both audio tracks are all there, with no time limit and no cap on how many recordings you make. The only difference is the badge on what you export.
They stay exactly where they are, badge free, because the badge is applied at export rather than added afterwards. Everything you export is a plain file you own outright, so nothing is locked behind the app and nothing expires.
Every feature we ship, with no second purchase and no upgrade fee. Everything on the features page is in there today, and whatever follows is included too. If the app is still being built, you get what gets built.
Lifetime licences get a direct address that reaches the people writing the app rather than a queue, priority on bug reports, and early builds before they go out to everyone else.
Deactivate it on the old machine from Settings, or just sign in on the new one. Lifetime licences cover every Mac you personally own, so most people never have to.
Yes. Same licence, same two Macs, same updates and same support. A hundred a year against a hundred and twenty paid ten at a time, so you keep two months and we keep one charge instead of twelve.
No. A licence is personal to you and the Macs you own, and passing the key to a colleague, a friend or a forum is not allowed under the terms. It is also the one thing we actively look for: every activation and check-in is measured, and a key that turns up across more machines and more networks than one person has stops accepting new Macs. The Macs already on it keep working, and if we get it wrong an email clears it the same day.
Payments are not refundable as a matter of course, because the free plan is the whole recorder and you can use it for as long as you like before paying anything. What we do refund is the app failing to do what this site says it does: a defect we cannot fix, a feature that does not work on your Mac, a duplicate or accidental charge, or a renewal you did not intend and have not used. Write to us and we will look at it properly rather than point at a clause.
